Glass Explosions

So I didn't end up going to see Avatar last night, due to a glass explosion!!
We were making chicken breasts in a glass oven safe dish, we took it out of the oven, and upon the second touch, it exploded!
All over the kitchen. It was pretty intense. Only small-medium injuries occurred. Glass shards got stuck in my foot, but I'm getting pretty used to it. I smashed a jar on the ground last week!
Anyways, here is the explosion after math:






I just finished editing some jewelry photos I took at school last week. That day was really fun, especially cause i had my friend "HAAUH" inspiring me. The ring I got from my mom's friend when we visited her in Germany, and the necklace I got from my work buddie Jessie.

Last Saturday I went to see White Denim play at the Media Club.
They are from Texas, they are really talented musicians, and I decided to photograph them.
The Media Club basically has one dominate light color. RED. Saturated red.
I edited most of the red out of these and I think the colors turned out pretty Neat!

Hey!
I've been going back and forth between Blogspot and Tumblr.
I started with this because its obvious, but Tumblr had the coolest layouts!!
And i got suckered in. But only for an hour because posting pictures is a bitch, I didn't know what a Tumblr was, and there weren't any comments.
I need comments! Anyways. I'm going to update this very often. I love writing down all my super exciting and hilarious life happenings. You know, typical young(very young) adult life happenings.

Exciting News! Dorky News!
I made contact with Tim Harmon! My favorite band photographer, of all time. From my favorite state, Arizona. For it's 99cent Iced Teas, and screamo bands.
I follow him on Twitter(obviously) and he made a Formspring account, and I asked to assist him if he ever came to Vancouver(which he does).
He totally replied and asked for my info. I emailed him, and now I'm waiting. Ha!
Ya, well I find it exciting!

More News!
Avatar is my favorite movie, sorry E.T., and I'm going to see it for the second time tonight. 3D Woo!
